Comparison with SLAMMER (speed)

This page will report runtime comparisons between pySLAMMER and the legacy SLAMMER program for the equivalent-linear coupled analysis — the case where SLAMMER’s \(O(n^2)\) inner loop is replaced by an \(O(n)\) formulation in pySLAMMER. Headline result: a speedup of roughly two orders of magnitude on the bundled motion suite, with no loss of accuracy (see the SLAMMER results comparison for the equivalence study).
